Personal identification, health data from Apple HealthKit (processed locally on-device), and usage analytics.
Your data is stored locally on your device and synced via Apple iCloud/CloudKit. We do not maintain a central database of your health records.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
